
Burnout – Finding the Way Back to Yourself
During these sessions, we focus on healing and managing the symptoms of burnout caused by chronic stress, which results in exhaustion, anger, anxiety, and cognitive disorders related to memory, among other things.

The sessions aim to help individuals cope with the symptoms of burnout, including:
- Chronic fatigue
- Anxiety, palpitations, waking up at night, and sleep problems
- Anger, irritability, and tearfulness
- Cynicism
- Loss of interest in work
- Reduced professional effectiveness
- Feelings of uselessness and helplessness
- Loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities
- Feeling like you are not yourself
- Depression
To facilitate change, various techniques and approaches will be used:
- Identifying negative thoughts and beliefs and changing them to more positive and constructive ones.
- Developing healthy strategies for managing stress.
- Working on relaxation skills.
- Balancing the work-life sphere.
- Enhancing time management and priority-setting skills.
- Identifying and understanding unconscious processes contributing to burnout.
- Exploring past experiences, traumas, or unmet needs that affect the client’s current experiences.
- Developing healthy relationships at work and in other areas of life.
- Learning communication skills, building social support, and managing conflicts.
- Mindfulness exercises and breathing exercises.
The work will involve identifying individual causes of burnout and developing stress management strategies to restore balance and satisfaction in life and work. The goal of therapy is to restore balance, satisfaction, and joy in life and work and to improve the client’s overall mental well-being.
