We are publishing this document to explain the reasons for which we collect and process personal data:
Personal data refers to any information that is unique to an individual. This may include name, surname, identification number, email address, as well as data describing the individual’s place of residence, education, race, religion, etc.
The company responsible for processing the personal data of users is Zen Energies Malwina Napiorkowska, headquartered at ul. Fagerasen 3, 96-195 Boden, NIP 871112-9872 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
Personal data is processed by us for the purpose of providing psychological services, contact, cooperation, employment,and fulfilling tax obligations. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use the services and cooperate with the Administrator.
Every processing of your data is based on an appropriate legal basis in accordance with applicable regulations. Such a basis may be your consent to the processing of data or other legal provisions permitting it, contained in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR”).
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data, in which case we will promptly delete your personal data, provided there is no legal obligation requiring us to continue processing them. For example, if you purchased goods from us, according to accounting regulations, we will retain them in our financial and accounting documentation for a period of 5 years.
The user has the right to request access to, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, or objection to the processing of personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the Administrator, either by email or in writing.

To ensure the security of your data, we apply the organizational and technical measures required by law. We have installed necessary physical safeguards at our headquarters to prevent unauthorized access to the data. Our employees have the required authorizations and can process data in a limited manner, i.e., only to the extent necessary for the proper performance of their duties.
The Administrator takes care to protect personal data from destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use, or access in accordance with applicable regulations.
Personal data is not transferred outside of Poland/the EU and is not subject to automated processing (including profiling).
We place great emphasis on limiting the scope of the data we collect and the duration of its processing to the necessary minimum. To this end, we systematically review our paper and electronic documents, removing unnecessary ones whose usefulness period has expired. Remember that the duration of your data processing, depending on the basis on which we obtained it, may be determined by separate legal regulations that are independent of us. These regulations may require us to retain your data regardless of your will or desire. Examples include labor law, social insurance law, or regulations concerning employee personnel files.
