About Me
As a Master of Psychology with over a decade of experience in applied psychology and a certified hypnotherapist using the CEHH method. I apply my knowledge and skills to heal the sources of problems, unlock hidden potential, and then direct it toward achieving your desired goals.
My Motto

The focus of my professional path and an aspect of my private life is the study of the concept of behavioral change in individuals and groups.
With my clients, I work on the process of effective and lasting change in a range of behaviors, aimed at bringing a sense of fulfillment and well-being.
With my clients’ well-being in mind, I rely on many effective techniques from psychology, coaching, and hypnosis.
Such an approach ensures flexibility and continuous development. By listening to needs, I determine the scope of practice using tools that resonate with my clients.

Why Zen Energies?
The name is connected to my fascination with and over a decade of practice in meditation, including the ancient technique of Vipassana, used by Buddha and widely practiced today in India and Nepal. I use the mindfulness, achieved through meditation, during sessions, incorporating it’s elements in meetings and while creating individual change strategies.
Core Energy Healing is a holistic approach to healing and transformation. This therapy aims to identify and release blockages in the nervous and energetic systems of the body, contributing to improvements in physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
The therapy applies well-established knowledge to restore balance and harmony in the patient’s body. This form of therapy is completely non-invasive and does not require the use of any medications or medical procedures. Training in this type of hypnotherapy lasts for 18 months and is conducted by a team of Swedish hypnotists under the guidance of experienced and respected hypnotherapist Elisabeth Persson.
